This team drives strategic customer lifecycle initiatives for our B2B clients, focusing on long-term value creation through data-driven engagement and tailored solutions. It leads cross-functional efforts to simplify legacy products and customer structures, ensuring efficient migrations, improved customer experience, and business growth.
Drive long-term value for B2B clients by developing data-driven engagement strategies and tailored customer lifecycle initiatives
Lead the design and execution of our simplification program, focusing on legacy product and customer base optimization in line with strategic business goals
Analyze customer and product data to identify rationalization opportunities, and co-develop segmentation models to guide migration and simplification efforts
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, oversee communication and campaign execution, and ensure governance, KPI tracking, and risk management for all migration activities
