What we are looking for:
- Education: Completion of commercial school and a comprehensive understanding of business administration
- Professional Experience: First relevant professional experience in the area of export management or logistics
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (company language), German is not a must
- IT Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is welcome
- Individual Skills: Structured, precise and communicative personality, who likes to be proactive and shows initiative
- Social Skills: Affinity for a multicultural work environment.
Your contribution to building bridges:
- Order Handling: Take a central role in managing the entire order process, from entry to invoicing, covering both imports and exports.
- Order Administration: Oversee logistics coordination for deliveries, create required documentation, track delivery schedules, and handle small complaints.
- Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely monitoring of payments and manage the dunning process.
- Collaboration and Customer Service: Work closely and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. You contribute to building trust and loyalty by providing excellent service.
- Your Impact: As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in satisfying the expectations of our customers and suppliers. You report directly to our Area Sales Manager North Africa.

We offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 36.400,-- with the possibility of higher remuneration depending on experience and qualifications.
