What will your day look like?
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the store;
- Provide product advice when needed and inform customers about promotions and special offers;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's portfolio to provide advice and recommendations as required;
- Acquire deeper knowledge and understanding of nutrition and sports supplements;
- Participate in professional training and self-study to continuously expand expertise and competencies;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
- Assist with placing new client orders through the In-Store Kiosk;
- Operate the cash register system and bank terminals, track completed transactions and purchases;
- Process e-shop orders for in-store pickup;
- Report daily to the store manager;
- Prepare events and assist in their execution in-store and, if necessary, off-site.
Who are we looking for?
- Clean criminal record;
- Basic understanding of nutrition and sports supplements;
- Experience in retail sales is an advantage;
- Strongly customer orientation, communicative, helpful, and positive personality;
- Medium level of English language is a must.
- Knowledge of the German language is essential.
