Finance Business Partner Marine After Sales/Service (f/m/d)

  • Analysis of the financial and non-financial performance of all Marine After Sales/Service hubs
  • Sparring partner for the main functional managers for Marine After Sales and Service with a strong focus on strategy and business development
  • Self-responsible development of state-of-the-art controlling standards across all Marine After Sales/Service hubs
  • Actively driving measures and action plans for performance improvements in close collaboration with the Service and After Sales team
  • Coordination of controlling processes across Marine After Sales/Service hubs (Budget, forecast, target setting…)
  • Support for local finance managers for monthly, quarterly and year-end closings as well as reporting requirements


  • Completed studies in the fields of economics (university degree) with focus on Finance or Controlling
  • 3 years of relevant work experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller
  • Excellent communication skills across departments and functions
  • Motivation to develop and implement change
  • Ability to bring strategic and analytical thinking into the daily business
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
