Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop, test and industrialize innovative Lithium-Ion Battery packs for hybrid and electric vehicles.
The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Run the day-to-day after sales processes and act as the central link between customers, internal departments and international sites
- Take in, coordinate and follow up on customer requirements; keep customer portals and communication up to date and on time
- Handle customer complaints and agree on actions with Quality and the relevant departments
- Make sure quality topics in after sales and in the prototype area are handled properly
- Track after sales KPIs and prepare reports and evaluations
- Use AI tools to work faster, prepare information, analyse data and document results
What you need is:
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. business or technical college, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in after sales, customer service or technical service
- Solid SAP knowledge, good MS Office skills
- Experience with KPI evaluations and reporting
- Knowledge of complaint management, customer support and quality management
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys or Ishikawa is a plus
- Language skills: fluent German and English, in speaking and writing, including technical topics
- Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills, comfortable working in international teams
Our offer for you:
With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 54.600,-
We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
