Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop, test and industrialize innovative Lithium-Ion Battery packs for hybrid and electric vehicles.
The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Leadership of the project team, interface to management and customer
- Implementation of the assigned project scope from sample phase into production
- Management of Project timing, prioritization and risks
- Directions, coaching and motivating of the assigned team
What you need is:
- Completed technical education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Analytical thinking
- Understanding of complex technical correlations and their dependencies
- Collaboration in a teamoriented way in an international setup
- High flexibility and resilience
- Fluency in English
- Readiness for business trips (Including Asia)
- Commercial knowledge and cost controlling for dedicated program
Our offer for you:
With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (All-In) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 71.000,--
We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
