Job Description
As Head of Sales, you will lead and further develop our global sales organization, combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution. You are accountable for sustainable revenue growth and transparent contract management. Working closely with the CEO and key internal stakeholders, you will translate market opportunities into long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear, lean sales strategy in close collaboration with the CEO to drive revenue growth and expand market share globally
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing international sales organization (National Account Management and Inside Sales)
- Hold end-to-end oversight of customer contracts, ensuring contractual terms, obligations, and customer requirements are fully reflected and operationalized across the organization
- Ensure transparent representation and alignment of customer contracts, requirements, and commitments across the organization
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, applications, and geographic regions to support long-term growth
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances together with the CEO and other C-level stakeholders
- Embed a strong customer-centric mindset across all commercial activities, focusing on acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Own accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, providing clear insights to the executive team
- Closely collaborate with R&D, Service, and Product Management to align product development, delivery capabilities, and market needs
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 7+ years in senior commercial leadership roles within the semiconductor or adjacent high-tech industries
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse customer and stakeholder groups
- Deep knowledge of the global semiconductor value chain and international markets
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and scalable go-to-market strategies
- Experience leading global sales teams and managing complex product portfolios
- Excellent negotiation skills with strong expertise in pricing strategies and commercial contract structures
- Solid financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline analytics, and P&L responsibility
- Confident user of CRM, ERP, and commercial analytics tools
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering) or Business Management; MBA is a plus

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 80.000 EUR (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
