Aufgaben
- Deliver outstanding client service and create an exceptional in‑store experience
- Drive sales performance and actively work toward achieving KPI targets
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
- Ensure impeccable product presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all operational tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support daily store operations
- Contribute to a seamless, luxury‑level customer journey at all touchpoints
Anforderungen
- Previous sales experience in the luxury designer fashion sector
- Excellent client service skills with a strong passion for exceeding client expectations
- Professional, welcoming demeanor and polished personal presentation
- High level of attention to detail in all tasks and interactions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of luxury fashion
- Excellent organizational skills and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term rapport with clientele
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage
Gehalt
For this exciting position, a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2,714.29 on a full‑time basis is provided. The actual compensation will depend on your qualifications, experience, and expectations.
