Join our Global Field Sales Team as a six-month Intern starting in February 2026.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
TERRITORY OPTIMISATION
With Territory Optimisation, we can optimise our field sales teams to ensure we have more impact in more stores and reach new stores in the most efficient and effective way. During this internship, you´ll support the team in rolling out and coordinating territory optimisation projects across multiple markets.
GLOBAL FIELD SALES SUMMIT
You'll support our team in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Global Field Sales Summit, a key event bringing together field sales leaders from markets around the world.
GENERAL SUPPORT
Additionally, you'll provide ad-hoc support, including data collection and presentation support. You'll assist with market-related requests, best-practice sharing, and follow-ups across regions. In this internship, you'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating our SharePoint pages.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- Studying or having a university degree in Sales, Business or similar.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced MS-Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Creative and strong in implementation, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passionate for the Red Bull Brand and its products.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Interest in sales and field sales operations.
- Travel: 10-20 %
