We are currently looking for a motivated B2B Sales & Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Key Account Management team. The Sales & Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for proactively managing existing B2B clients. KAM acts as the first point of contact at Greentube for designated clients as well as representing Greentube's interests within the industry. The Sales & Key Account Manager is also responsible for qualifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company.

Your tasks

  • Gather market insights and identify new sales opportunities
  • Plan and forecast revenues for assigned clients in alignment with line manager
  • Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, and maintenance
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with major online casino operators
  • Serve as the main contact for Greentube's B2B customers and manage key accounts
  • Engage regularly with customers to uncover insights and guide sales/product strategies
  • Strengthen and expand business relationships to maximize mutual profitability
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Integration, Technical, Product, Marketing)
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM and follow operational workflows
  • Track business performance and report regularly to the line manager

Your profile

  • Completed bachelor's degree (Sales, Economics or comparable) and/or internships in Sales, Business Development or similar
  • Strong written verbal communication skills in English (Slovak/Czech language is a plus)
  • Independent and customer orientated work style
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with delivering at pace and working in a commercial environment
