Our Salesforce Platform Services are one of the fastest-growing areas of our business. In addition to consulting, development, and support, we provide our clients with comprehensive end-to-end services for their Salesforce implementations - from building the business case to supporting end users. We work with all major Salesforce Clouds and technologies. For this team, we are looking for reinforcements in the areas of consulting, business analysis, and architecture design. What matters most in this role is your ability to quickly grasp complex topics, your motivation to dive into new systems, and your experience in working with clients, such as facilitating workshops. Your future areas of responsibility include:
- You will develop and configure customised Salesforce solutions with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flows
- Together with the team, you will optimise existing processes and translate complex requirements into meaningful CRM solutions
- You design well-structured implementation and integration concepts
- You translate customer requirements into solutions, working independently and in close cooperation with our experts
- Close collaboration with colleagues from development, analysis, and consulting is second nature to you
- You apply your know-how effectively in testing, rollout, and support phases
Your qualifications:
- You already have extensive experience with Salesforce - ideally with a focus on administration, customisation and development
- You are familiar with the Salesforce data structure and know how to effectively map processes and reports
- Terms such as APEX, Lightning Components, Flows and REST/SOAP APIs are not foreign to you
- You enjoy working in a structured manner, contribute your own ideas and seek the best solution for our customers
- Salesforce certifications such as DEV I or DEV II are a plus, but not a must
- You bring a professional and personable presence, with fluent English skills; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
- Above all, you enjoy what you do, like working in a team and want to develop your skills further

With us, you have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. For this position it starts at EUR 3.800,- gross per month. We are prepared to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
