Your Challenge
- Proactively drive sales initiatives to strengthen and expand our existing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present insightful sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the packaging industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
