For this key position, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional that enjoys working in an international environment. You are willing to take responsibility for the leading the Global Key Account (GKA) department and to act as Global Key Account Manager for certain high profile customers.
You are eager to unfold exemplary leadership skills to strengthen a remote, international, high-performing team and collaborate with our global organization. You manage the balance of further strategic development for the Doka group as well as the operative tasks with ease. You enable your team to succeed and deliver the result according to our long-term strategy for GKA. You communicate transparently, clearly and you are capable of building trustful relationships to internal stakeholders. As a leader, In this role, you are part of the KAPS (Key Accounts and Project Solutions) leadership team and you directly report to the Director KAPS.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 52,344.18 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of IVa.
