Specialist Pricing and Analytics (f/m/d)

Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for turning numbers into strategy? Join our team as a Specialist Pricing and Analytics and play a key role in optimizing pricing for our innovative printed circuit board (PCB) solutions. This is your chance to work in a dynamic B2B environment where your insights directly influence business success.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance, by diving into quotes, orders, and customer data to uncover pricing opportunities and trends
• Build predictive models, where you are developing pricing forecasts and models that support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to pricing initiatives and evaluate their impact on profitability and customer value
• Collaborate across teams and work closely with sales, controlling and product teams to align pricing with market dynamics
• Improve tools & processes to refine pricing tools and ensure pricing logic reflects real-world customer behavior
• Present clear, actionable insights to management and stakeholders

Your Profile

• A degree in economics, business administration, data science or a related field
• At least more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of pricing, analysis, or consulting; Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and/or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R)
• Eagerness to understand complex products and market dynamics
• Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English
