Sales Steering Coordinator (f/m/d)
The opportunity

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you: Become our new Sales Steering Coordinator with a Key User focus!
Your Mission
- You act as the primary interface between Sales and IT for Microsoft D365 customization
- You provide daily operational support to sales teams, addressing technical issues and system-related inquiries
- You monitor system performance and resolve issues in coordination with IT or external vendors
- You organize training sessions and create user guides to ensure the effective adoption of D365 changes within the sales team
- You work with sales and finance teams to manage and update rolling forecasts, ensuring they reflect current market conditions
- You analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable, cross-functional insights
- You support the setup of channel allocation and the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, and you back up key team members when needed
- You guide the preorder process and support order management activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
- You ensure the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of customer pricing, optimizing pricing processes and system workflows
Your skills
- You analyze sales and stock data to provide actionable insights and improve sales steering workflows
- You leverage advanced Excel and BI tools (like Power BI) for data analysis and reporting
- You act as a key user for ERP systems, supporting changes and optimizing processes
- You bridge communication between Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance.You provide clear documentation and training for end-users
- You translate business needs into technical requirements and solve problems proactively
- You present findings confidently to stakeholders and ensure data accuracy
- You are fluent in German and English

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.900,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
