Your profile
- Native German, Fluent in English
- You bring minimum 3 years of experience from auto, motorcycle or similar technical industry.
- High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- min 3 years experience in campaign planning and evaluation, Creation of statistics, reports, queries, market analysis
- Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage
Your Tasks in detail
Reporting directly to Head of MC department, your responsibility is correct communication towards dealer network concerning all activities related to the Motorcycle accessory business. Manage daily operation, campaign planning, pricing and order taking. Translation of local material and texts to local language (German).
Manage daily operation (order/backorder follow up, create hotlines, handle shipping claims, dealer information etc.)
- Parts and accessory campaign planning and evaluation
- Creation of statistics, reports, queries, market analysis
- Dealer target calculation and updates of results on monthly basis
- Creation of accessory information for dealers and customers (pricelist, brochure, e-brochure)
- Regular update of PALMA and website
- Co-operation with HME-L AU, HME, HACE, Montesa Honda and other suppliers
- Credit/debit note creating from NPSII
- Support budget preparation
- Systems implementation on local market, translations
- New dealers' training
- Accessory price calculation
- Check open payments of dealers - weekly and co-ordinate reminders with our shared service center
- Preparation of newsletter content

The gross annual salary is EUR 55 000 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week) with a possibility of overpayment based on your qualification. We do not offer a company car for this position.
