Dealer Development Manager / Motorcycle Division Central Europe (f/m/d)

Honda Central Europe is Honda's sales headquarters, just close to an office move to Vienna 10th district (currently based in Wiener Neudorf). As the largest engine manufacturer in the world, the sale of automobiles, motorcycles and power products (garden and industrial equipment, snow blowers and outboard motors) is our passion. Our products are sold through a nationwide network of Honda dealers.

Dealer Development Manager / Motorcycle Division Central Europe (f/m/d)

Permanent position, full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Your profile

• Very good working knowledge of German is a must. Fluent in English.
• You bring minimum 5 years of experience from auto, motorcycle or similar technical industry.
• High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of dealer operations
• Team player with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and commercial judgment
• Excellent project management skills
• Business trips about 20% of the weekly working time
• Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage

Your Tasks in detail

The core purpose of the role is providing direction, expertise and management for the MC dealer network in planning, developing and implementing initiatives and programmes, which will produce a high quality, competitive and customer-focused dealer network and engagement in new business which further strengthens Honda's position and overall lead to number one sales performance. You will work with Area Sales Managers and reports directly to MC Sales manager. Day to day activities will support the dealer network to provide the facilities and service to improve their business foundation and customer relation.

• Establish and maintain a high level of communication with the dealer network
• Evaluate and define open areas or sales opportunities for dealer network expansion
• Dream dealer network expansion plan
• Franchise standards and dealer self-assessment
• Retail network planning and development strategy (ART plan)
• Dream network planning and development strategy
• Reviewing financial performance and business consulting
• Dealer contract management
• Regular reporting of dealer network activities, development plans and main KPIs

The gross annual salary is EUR 70 000 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week) with a possibility of overpayment based on your qualification. We offer a company car for this position also available for private use.
