Shape the Future of Sensor Technology in Poland
Your responsibilities:
As the Managing Director, you will drive the success of the local Polish market while intensively contributing to cluster organization of 9 sales & service units in Europe.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will implement the sales strategy with relevant KPIs to drive business success in your region. You will manage and optimize operational business processes, oversee budgeting and financial planning (P&L responsibility), and represent the organization to clients and partners. A key aspect of your role will be strengthening relationships with external stakeholders while fostering cross-functional collaboration within the Group to ensure sustainable growth. You will maintain a strong and positive workplace culture reflecting the values of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus as a foundation for the development of approximately 80 employees, while ensuring compliance with relevant Polish laws and regulations. Additionally, you will take responsibility for the growth and profitability of a specific segment within the cluster organization.
Your profile:
We are seeking an experienced leader with at least 5 years in a managerial role such as Managing Director, Commercial Manager, or Sales Manager. You have a sound understanding of technology and digitalization, particularly in production environments, and bring experience from a high-tech company. Your show a deep understanding of markets, industries, and customer needs, with a strong focus on customer centricity based on your track record in sales or other profesional experience with client focus. Experience in international business environments and matrix organizations is essential, as is your ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Your leadership style is characterized by emotional intelligence, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through change processes. You demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, enthusiasm for innovative solutions, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving business landscapes. You are fluent in both Polish and English, and ideally hold a degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Willingness to travel internationally is required.
