After-Sales / Service Manager (m/f/x)
In this position, you will be responsible for the development, the implementation and the tracking of service policies, agreements and standards for Robart, allowing you to play a central and crucial role with regard to maximizing customer satisfaction.
YOUR ROLE:
- Responsibility over Robart's outsourced customer care, customer service resp. after-sales service center, incl. its setup
- Selection and coordination of external service providers
- Definition of service levels and standards
- Monitoring of service performance, product quality and customer satisfaction
- Continuous improvement of services and products as well as cost-down
YOUR PROFILE:
- Sound technical education, in the field of mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or similar Several years of relevant professional experience and excellent knowledge with regard to service management and service engineering
- Good knowledge of commercial, economical and business aspects
- Familiarity with European markets for consumer electronics and appliances
- Fluency in English and German
- Strategic and analytical thinking, self-reliance and sense of responsibility
