Operational CRM Product Owner (f/m/x) - Int. Retail Banking

Who are we looking for:

Our new colleague should have extensive experience in product development and/or life cycle-product management and can prove the knowledge of retail banking daily products. In this role you will continue your experience with working in a scrum framework and will make sure to be up to date on where the team stands with the product backlog. As you will be building, shaping, and leading a x-functional international product team and communicating with stakeholders on different levels, you must be a great communicator with fluent English and a convincing storyteller.

What characterizes you is your passion for continuous learning and solid knowledge of new product management techniques and digital banking channels. You will be shaping the vision of the platform which fits the overall Retail mission to build a digital bank with human touch and will assure the platform is interlinked with digital platforms and other Group reusable components that have been implemented in the RBI network banks.

What else you can impact in this role:

  • Enabling value adding human assistance in branches and contact centres to support customer experiences via data and technology
  • Developing the platform features in accordance with prioritized customer problems
  • Developing and delivering on the platform business case
  • Understanding and managing product variations in the RBI network banks
  • Optimizing platform costs by reducing technological legacies in the RBI network banks
