Job Description (full-time in Vienna, Austria, as of 1st of September, 2026):
Coordinate and deliver a broad scope of services to assist international employees of corporate clients being transferred to work in Austria. The scope of responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: home search support (navigation of the real estate market), school search support, assistance with immigration-related processes, and assistance with diverse settling-in related matters upon arrival.
· Maintain and effectively manage assigned caseload in a fast-paced international environment, while delivering excellent customer service
· Communicate and establish expectations and policies to external and internal stakeholders while optimally managing relationships
· Advocate for clients across a variety of fields (real estate, immigration, education, etc.)
· English B2 and German B1 level minimum is mandatory
· Excellent communication and social skills
· In-depth knowledge of life in Vienna (neighborhoods, public infrastructure, etc.)
· High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Basic proficiency with common digital tools and systems
· Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (office & home)
· Possession of a valid PKW driver's license (preferred)
· Professional experience in relocation services, real estate, immigration consulting, or a closely related field (preferred).
· Valid EU Work Authorization required
We are offering a full-time position with a monthly gross salary from minimum EUR2800/month (14 times per year) and up to EUR3500- depending on experience.
