UpNano is a young, successful high-tech company that specializes in the development, production and commercialization of ultra-high resolution 3D printing systems and is currently the global technology leader in 2PP (2-photon polymerization) based 3D printing with the NanoOne and new NanoPro printing service. Due to the market success of the past months, we want to expand our sales team. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated:

Junior Sales Manager (f|m|d)

38,5 hours full-time position

WE LOOK FOR

  • Sales or customer-facing experience with a focus on new lead generation
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or selling technical / high-value capital equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage active sales pipeline
  • Hunter-minded and customer-focused mindset, driven to exceed sales goals
  • Proactive in outreach and relation-building
  • Fluent in English. German and additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend trade shows

YOUR TASKS

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads across industries and academia
  • Qualify prospects, conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Own the entire sales process -- from first contact to signed deal
  • Plan and deliver impactful product demos and presentations
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report sales activities to management

Salary

The actual minimum salary is 3,800 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement Eisen- Metallerzeugende und -verarbeitende Industrie applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
