UpNano is a young, successful high-tech company that specializes in the development, production and commercialization of ultra-high resolution 3D printing systems and is currently the global technology leader in 2PP (2-photon polymerisation) based 3D printing with the NanoOne and new NanoPro printing service. Due to the market success of the past months, we want to expand our marketing team. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated:

MARKETING & SALES ASSISTANT

Print & Digital | 38,5 hours position

We look for

• Completed education in Marketing (University or FH)
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong project ownership and management skills and experience
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and collaboratively as part of a team
• Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus (Photoshop/InDesign/Canva)

Your tasks

• Conference/trade fair logistics management including coordination, registration and packing management
• Leading aftermarket sales orders writing and coordination
• Support with brand and communication management, encompassing advertising campaigns (both offline and online), media planning, and strategic alignment
• Providing ongoing support for various media channels including print, website, newsletters, press releases, content creation, etc.
• Graphic design, copywriting and content calendar planning support for social posts
• Support in collaborating with external marketing partners

Salary

The actual minimum salary is 3,300 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
