What you'll get to do

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that PlanRadar's sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively engage with customers and drive sales. You will drive business operations and actively contribute to PlanRadar's success. Among other things, you will

  • Act as the first contact person for new and current Sales consultants as well as Sales Leads and support them in various topics
  • With the support of your Go-to-Market enablement manager you will build and own our new Sales playbook
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Design and conduct training for new and current sales representatives and develop training plans for underperforming sales
  • Manage our LMS system and work on continuous improvement of it
  • Make sure best practice is shared in our entities and all sales representatives are aligned with internal processes
  • Develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts
  • Connect with our internal teams in Vienna to create a comprehensive training program for sales covering 360 degrees of information they need
  • Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge management or similar, preferably in fast growing SaaS business
  • You ideally have at least 2 years of experience in Sales directly
  • You should have highly developed interpersonal skills
  • You have experience with (or are in interested in) the IT, construction or real estate industries
  • You have experience with LMS tools and designing new training programs with multiple stakeholders
  • You have excellent spoken and written English as well as German skills, any additional languages are a plus

Your Salary

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 43.400,-. This includes full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
